Happy Halloween! The inspiration for this card came from Mary Fish’s Card Sketch #51 of www.stampinpretty.com. I used the Bewitching Bundle, Black & White Designs Designer Series Paper aka DSP and the Glitter Washi Tape all found in the 2022 July-December Mini Catalog. I colored the designs using Stampin’ Up markers.
